Here’s how to proceed:
1. Make a selection
- Choose whether you are reordering a stone for a move or a stacking tower.
- Select your desired personalization type (No personalization, Print, Laser).
1. Adjust data
- Enter your old order number.
- Enter the item number of the desired component. You can find this in your previous order (LD8035, LD4702, LD8036, ...).
- Select the desired replacement stone (name, date, time, ...).
- Done! You can add the item to your shopping cart and place your order as usual.
You specify your preferred shipping method during the ordering process.
Your module will be sent to you as soon as possible after we receive your payment.
